Default moser 9 axle and reluctor ring question

my moser 9" came out of an lt1 car. i'm converting it to ls1 so i picked up some ls1 backing plates as well as some reluctor rings off an ls1 rear. problem is. i miked the axle and it was 2.21" and the diameter of the inside of the reluctor ring was 2.82". which obviously means it's too big. where do i go from here? i need to make this a four channel rear

I beleave the axels for 4 channel have a rased soulder to accecpt the ring , if this was my problem I would take them to a machine shop and have a bushing made ti mate the two, that should be cheeper than buying new axels
just my &0.02' Johnny

Correct, the axles need to be machined for the reluctor rings. Moser charges $100.00 to machine the axles for the rings. Bob
