Default pinhole size leak on rim

I bought TT2's from Summit a few months ago. Since I had tires put on them the tires were leaking air. Since I put used tires on I thought it was the tire but it turns out there is a pinhole size leak on the inside barrel of the rim itself. I am curious how I can go about fixing this? Is this something covered by the wheels warranty?

Why fix it? It should be under warranty.
