5.3 Block and aftermarket sleeves

5.3 Block and aftermarket sleeves I was wondering if anyone knows what can be done to the 5.3 alum block. I understand that the LS1 can only have the wet sleeve installed which is more expensive. Did the 5.3 ever change to LS2 block design so it will accept the dry sleeves? I read they changed in 2005 but not clear on what. Any info would be greatly appreciated. The 5.3 is so much cheaper.
