Default need opinions on my Turbo set up..

Hey guys I have an 02 Z28, It has a 408 in it right now N/A runs low 10.0's-10.1's @ 134+ now, but looking to go Turbo. Here is my plan tell me what you guys think, looking to make around 900 RWH, tell me if you guys think its possible with the following & what kind of boost it will take to make this happen:

LS3 block 4.070 bore stock stroke.
wiseco pistons
callies rods and stock stroke crank
ARP everything

ET 4" Bore LS7 cyl heads (currently on my 408)
Titanium Intake 2.1 Stainless exhaust 1.6
Truck manifold Pt 88 or PT 91 front mount Air to Air intercooler.
undecided on intake use stock plastic LS-7 ported or my GMPP Single plane with elbow & 90mm.
CAM???? thinking hi 230's in. low 240's ex 115+ 600's lifts

Thanks in advance guys!
John
