I'm in the process of building a 5.3L and can't seem to find anyone that sells the (big) brass plus that goes on the left (driver's side) near the back of the block. It's a lot bigger than the other plugs, but I've been able to find all of those. This one is difficult to find.
I think it's called the water drain plug (but not sure).
What size is it ?
Can it be purchased anywhere aside from part of a complete kit?

i know on my LT1 its just a standard brass plug you can get at a hardware store. hopefully someone chimes in with a measurement
