Try to use the search to see if you get any good results, but the main thing I noticed with my headers(other brands will vary) is that you need to get the front of the car high enough off the ground to be able to wiggle the headers in. If you have an open pit like at the oil chang locations, or a lift would make it real easy. If not get some heavy duty jack stands, ones for lifted trucks, that should do it.

Other then that I think its pretty straight forward. Is there anything your are unsure about? Just ask. Mst headers will come with somewhat of instructions.

yeah, you should find that this install is quit easy, I would suggest using flex head ratchet wrenches if possible, and the bolts that attach the stock cats to the stock manifolds may just break off, they have broke on all the headers I have helped with, May as well just get a breaker bar and plan on snapping them off, you'll never use them anyway.

I put together this "lessons learned" thread after I installed my LTs and catted Y. Not really a How-To, but might have some info in there that could help you out. Feel free to add to the thread after you finish your install if you have some info that might be helpful to others in the future...
