Default Squeaky noise from steering column

When I turn the wheels from right to left or left to right I hear a cracking/squeaky noise coming from the steering column. When I take the load off the tires and do it freely with no load on the tires it doesn’t make any noise. Now could this be that the steering area has bushing that need to be greased? Please help if you know as this sound is annoying and loud. BTW I replace the from sway bar and bushings if that matters, also had alignment guy check the rank and pin to make sure it’s not lose as it does not pop when moving back and forth just makes a lot of squeaky noise. Thanks in advance.

think i fixed it - the bearings that go to the rack n pinion where dry - put some oil and the noise is gone away.
