Default what would make a better rotor?

I have a choice between two rotors for my modification. Would it be better to run a 13" diameter and 30mm thickness, or a 13.5" diameter with a 20mm thickness? I'm guessing the thicker one due to better heat dissipation but I want your opinions guys on what would provide more heat dissipation. thanks.

Default

There's a bit more to be desired AFA information of other aspects of each of the two compared rotors, such as:

1. The thickness of the rotor material between the pad contact surface and the ventilation area.
2. The thickness of the vanes.
3. The amount of vanes.
4. The placement of the vanes.
5. The mass of the hat area and what type of hat.

If what you mentioned are the ONLY dimensional differences between the two options, then my vote will generally be the thicker one. Also, if the brake biasing aspects are well under control then increasing the diameter will just add more MOI.
