Default M6 brake pedal removal

I guess I am retarded... I removed the 4 bolts for the old M/C, the bolt by the accelerator pedal, but still cannot get the pedal assembly out? WTF? I am doing a manual master cylinder and need to drill the damn brake pedal.

Can someone help? Pics would be nice, but it's so cramped in there I doubt anyone has any.

there is a pin with a nut on the end of it that secures it to the bracket. take off the nut and then use a punch/hammer to knock the pin through.

I took the two bolts on the column loose and let it hang down... still feels like there is a bolt or two in the pedal assembly? This is a complete beyotch. Been messing with it for several hours now... and am totally frustrated. Can anyone shed some light here?

If you look up under the dash their is one bolt straight up at the top of the assembly. Once you get it loose spin the whole assembly counter clockwise and it will come right out. I have done this a couple times and didnt have to loosen up the column.

I think there is also those metal clip deals that slide over the thread, behind the nut that hold it tight to the firewall. I could be mistaken, but im pretty sure my M6 pedals had these on them.
