You should be able to. Hydroboost just replaces the vacuum brakes. It does not care whether its is supplying pressure to disc`s, drums, or your floor jack for that matter. You can have power drums so hydroboost will work with it too.
The only hiccup that I can think of is that you might end up with too much hydraulic pressure and leaky wheel cylinders. Vacuum power brakes have higher line pressures than manual brakes, but hydroboost can generate even higher pressures than vacuum power brakes.

I've got drums all the way around, and I would like to go with hydroboost myself, but their website advises against using that on a drum setup. Apparently people have had problems with the fronts locking up with that setup..
