Default Rattleing sounds in 1st

So when im taking off in first i hear a rattle, like empty soda cans under my car. It scares me and i have no idea what it could be. It all started aftyer a 450 mile road trip. Also that same day i noticed when i tryed to get into reverse it just wouldent go in, just gears grinding but that could have been my bad since i was in a down hill parking spot. Also noticed the rattle sound when holding down the clutch all the way. So what could this be. throwout Bearings or new clutch needed?

thank you for the help im gonna need to fix this pronto i gotta drive back another 800 more miles this weekend.

the only to tell for sure is to drop the tranny and take a look. I had a bad pressure that ground like hell. look for the fingers on the pressure plate being crooked or the throwout bearing being loose. another culprit might be the pilot. its pretty easy to tell if its bad because the bearing will disintegrate and chew up the input shaft.
