Default Question about drag susp

I was asked a question that I do not know the answer to and has me curious now. Does a strut tower brace help at all in drag racing? My initial thought was no it is for corner guys and all it does is add front end weight for us straight line guys. But with the twist the car likes to do would having the strut brace not help fight that and help tie the front together if even just a little??

SFCs and a rear drag bar will help your car leave strait.
A STB just adds weight, it's useless at the dragstrip.

Strut tower brace won't help you one bit, we tested this years ago with one that had a simple bracket that could be left in place, ran the car, took the center out and ran it again.. didn't do a damn thing.

Leave it out/don't buy one. Waste of $ and dead weight.

Thanks for the input!
Looks like I'm leaving mine off.
