New ls owner needs help!

I have a 99 GMC sierra 1500 with a 5.3.I want to install a 6.0. What mods as far as ecm will have to be made for this swap.

What kind of Trans are you putting in? If it's a stock Engine you will have to adjust the Fuel Trims a hair..

I'd just get a tune for a 6.0 and copy differences over to the 5.3 tune then fine tune it.
