I've seen people ask in the past about how to get rubber compound off of their body panels. Here's a good cleaner that does the job. It's SD-20 multi-purpose cleaner and degreaser, from Spartan Chemical.It's easy to use and doesn't make the awful mess that some cleaners do. It comes in an aerosol can and is extremely easy to use. You can buy it by the can or the case. Here's where you get it:

Only problem is everthing that works good for getting the rubber off also strips wax.
