Default Not a regular UD Pulley question

So i think its pretty accepted that an u/d pulley yields around 5-10 hp for a bolt-on LS1.

My question is, is that at peak or is there decent under the curve gain as well?

please don't reply with guesses, 2 cents, and "my brothers friends cousin said that..."

from a physics standpoint....it should be mostly peak.

but there should be a progressive increase at lower speeds...since its related to rotational acceleration.
