Default Screeching brakes

Hey everyone, my car stops fine but the stinking brakes are incredibly loud. The rotors aren't warped or anything. Is there anything I can try first without having to pull the brake pads off?

Thanks

How much pad is left? Your pads might be worn down and the "tickler" is hitting the rotors.

You can buy a little time by bending the wear indicators away from the rotor.

But don't wait too long or you might be buying rotors that could be saved by machining.

dust or moisture could also cause the brakes to make noise while stopping. but have them checked out just to be safe
