They sure look the same. I have the C5 front conversion done and I can get a smokin deal on a full set of C5 pads. Although the C5 rear pads look the same its tough to compare right now as I have my car in storage for the winter and need to buy parts for spring. So before I drop the hammer on these pads I tried searching but come up bupkiss. Wondered if anyone knows if they fit?

Pretty sure its a direct swap/fit. The only difference was the front had a larger rotor and the metal/method used to create the calipers was different.

Thats kind of what I was thinking. Only thing I'm worried about is the pad sits in the abutment ( caliper bracket ) and although the calipers look identical i wonder if the rails or grooves in the abutment are the same size/shape/location?
