Question Data Link Connector PROBS and QUESTIONS...???

when i gutted my wiring, i think i did something wrong

there is supposed to be some sort of splice pack where wires meet from the tach, PCM and Data Link Connector

can i just splice all 3 wires together to fix my probs?

someone plz help. this prob has been bugging me for awhile and i just now decided to post up about it

i accidently cut that same connector, luckily we caught it & fixed it. i just spliced the connector back into the car. if i remember correctly there is a gray wire to the cluster, a purple wire to the diagnostic port, etc. the connector looked like it did nothing, but after i cut it out, discovered it had all the wires connected inside it.

as long as the wires are all soldered together, i don't see why there would be an issue.
