this is a stupid question but i need to know before i buy it. right now i have a 2GB nano that i leave in my glove compartment hooked up to my pioneer radio(don't know the model). i can access the music through the radio and it breaks it down by song, artist, album, etc. well i'm running out of space on it and want to get the cheapest ipod available that has 4GB or more space. will i still be able to search for songs by the artist or album through the radio with a shuffle? i'm wondering because when you use the shuffle normally it just randomly plays songs, non-catagorized. thanks.

Just get a used 30gig 5th gen off eBay or something. There pretty cheap and you don't have to worry about filling it up.
