Default 12v plug in

so one of my 12v plug ins stopped working.. is it fixable? if so how do i replace it? this is the 2nd f body of mine to do this

when i had a blown fuse the cig lighter and obdII port didnt work, popped a new fuse in and it was fixed.

how do i know what fuse? was in one on the side of the dash or in the engine bay? the person before me smoked in the car and the cig lighter hole looks all brown and stuff so..

side of the dash. look at the diagram on the back of the lid to the fuse panel

yep, side panel, just look at the lid, if i remeber correctly the aux port by the ebrake lever was not the same fuse as the cig lighter so look for another accessory fuse.

So yea.. I finally checked all of the fuses. They are all ok. What do I do next?..

If all the fuses check out fine with a test light, you can go to the parts store and buy a new 12v power outlet to replace it. They're cheap and should be in the "help" section I believe.

Its just a 2 wire circut so it should be easy to wire up, getting to it though might not be so easy.
