lq9 swap

lq9 swap iv already posted over on the truck forum. got some help but not alot so i thought id try here. i just swaped a 2006 silverado ss lq9 into my 2000 z71 5.3/4l60e. It started with the facotry 5.3 tune, but ran like crap. so i did a segment swap from a 2000 lq4. and it runs 95% better. but i want all the power i can get out of it obviously or i just would have went for a lq4 swap instead of the lq9. i swaped the lq4 spark tables for the lq9. what else can i swap over from the lq9 tune to get more power? iv included the stock 2000 tune, the 2006 ss tune i pulled off the computer that came with the engine, and the tune im currently running on the truck. thanks for your help
