RK Fiberglass Grill Insert
Has anyone purchased this insert? Looks pretty good. I am investigating this one since the West wing one seems to be getting bad reviews. Thanks.

Re: RK Fiberglass Grill Insert
The Rk sport grill is on their webpage.
http://www.rksport.com/rkstore/dept....sid=&x=19&y=13
It looks alot like the WW grill but it has rk sport's logo on it (rather large at that). I think it lists for 150.00.
I wonder if you can get it plain jane instead of embossed?

MIke, my guess would be that the RK grill is an OEM version from Wings West.. that is very common at RK Sport as they dont make a lot of stuff themselves but rather badge other makers stuff with their logo.
I would call them and ask if the logo is just a sticker.. if so just peel it off..
Same shape, lines and grill material as a wings west grill.. you make the call <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

the RKsport is a piece....get the wingswest. Not only is it Urethane (it can bend and wont crack) but there is no logo on it. The rksport one only comes embossed and if there is ever anybending to fiberglass, it either breaks or cracks the paint.

Re: RK Fiberglass Grill Insert
As far as I know the paint won't crack if it is painted properly by the body shop. When I brought in my CME body piece they said they put a "flex" in it to let the piece bend without cracking the paint.
