Where is the injector scaling chart ??
The link to Reds site does not work.
I know I have seen a calculation chart somewhere.
If I am installing 32lb LS2 injectors in a LS1 2000 Vette (stock 26lb),
what is the scale factor. If I had that chart it would do all of the work.

That's the one. The Injector Scaling Calculation link in the stickys goes to allmod.net. That looks like your site for music etc, but I don't see the injector table there.

I would use stock LS2 IFR values in there for a start,
But make sure when you do it doesn't knock your VE or MAF table out, if it does (ie the ifr values are to low or high)
it will knock the airflow calcs out as you will need to correct the MAF and VE to suit, your numbers could end up low and you could command more timing then you like.
Save yourself a huge effort and spend time IFR tuning to get it all close so you dont need to rape the MAF scale or timing table to much.
