Default where install oil pressure gauge

is there another place that i can hook up a aftermarket oil pressure gauge besides at the oil filter housing?

Nope. Thats the best place to do it. Its held on by 2 10mm bolts. Theres threads in the FI section seeing as how the APS turbo guys do it. Also lists all the needed tools and how to do it

theres got to be another way of manually testing you oil pressure. long story short my OPSU might be bad or my oil pump and i need to know what my oil pressure really is. so it doesn't have to be something permanent just a way to get a manual reading.

meaning i have to take off the intake just to reach back there to change out the OPSU?

Unless you can get back there without removing it, but if you take it off you might as well just replace the unit
