Swapping Rear End Gears?? Ok im getting ready to buy my ring and pinion and have narrowed it down to the 3:73 ratio and 3:90 ratio im still a little undecided, ive been looking at several different brands but think i am going to go with Motive Gear, my car is a 99 Camaro Z28 A4 and i believe it has 3:23's in it right now, does anybody know what size rearend my car has? and what spline so i know what gears to order?

You need to verify which gears you hae now before ordering new ones. Reason being, if you have the stock 2.73s, you have a different series carrier than the 3.23 cars. So make sure to check your RPOs for the axle code (GU2 = 2.73, GU5 = 3.23).
