I have the same intake and have never had a problem. I put a piece of sheet metal over the opening to seal it off from the engine bay. Also the condensation on the oil cap could be cause by taking the car on short trips and not letting it warm up all the way

well i just kinda let it idle for 2 minutes and drove it back home but didnt break 1500 rpms lol (coasted) but my dipstick looks alright. i did have a little steam coming out of the tube when i took the oil cap off. should i jsut leave it? i mean the oil is less than 300 miles old. i jsut dont wnat my engine to be sucks in water, the car only has 74k miles. i want piece of mind, and this isnt helping. i jsut dont want to get bent rods or a dyrolocked engine or anything damamged period!

The condensation and water beeds in the oil fill tube and on the cap is normal. you may be able to reduce it by changing the pcv valve if it is old but it is nothing to be worried about. It tends to be less prominant in vehicles that get hot and run for long periods time, by the engine getting hot for long periods of time it burns out the moisture and impurities that get suspended in the oil. My old K&N was routed the same way.
If you suck up water you will know it. It will either hydro lock the engine or cause a very agressively loud ping / knock.
