Default Where is that darn Oil Temp Sensor?

I just got my 67 Cutlass running and almost driveable with a LT1 / 4L60E. This is all new to me. When I log my run, I'm getting a constant -38.6* for "Oil Temp". Not to mention the fans don't switch on. It appears I don't have anything connected to the input for the "Oil Temp", and looking at my schematics, diagrams, and PCM charts, the closest thing I can find to "Oil Temp" is the Engine Coolant Temp sensor (Im fairly confidant that that is a water temp sensor) and the Engine Oil Level Sensor. What am I missing?

This has a 96 LT1 froma a Impala SS, the PCM from a 94 Cadilac Fleetwood and 94 Caddy 4L60E.

Thanks

Only the Vettes got the oil temp. As far as fans go what temp are they set at? Stock is 225 so maybe you haven't got that hot yet.
