Default Clunk when turning right?

When I turn right I hear a soft clunk sound in my front end on the passenger side, its got me concerned, sounds almost like something rubbing against something else. Also hear a rattle in the same area when I'm driving slow in the neighborhood or parking lots, its really annoying, I took the tire off and looked around and everything seemed firm, anybody know what it could be? Car has 113K miles

Default

Recently I had a clunking sound in my front end, and it turned out to be an upper sway bar mounting bracket. I got a new one for less than $25.00.

It could be a number is different things, such as ball joints, control arm bushings, or tie rods ends.
