It appears the 04/05 strut tower brace is mounted lower and with 2 bolts per side, whereas the 06/07 brace is taller, more substantial, welded, and uses 3 bolts per side to mount it. I was curious to know whether the GM carbon fiber strut tower brace would fit the 06/07 V since the CF brace has 2 mounting bolts per side. Seems if it would fit, it would permit more flex since it's mounted with fewer fasteners on each side.

I;m not sure the CF "brace" is truly a brace, or just a cover. Call Luke @ Lindsay to verify if it fits.

I doubt it because no one dresses up truck motors lol JK, my vote is yes it will fit.

Not a cover, but a replacement brace. It appears the 2007 had an updated OEM brace that was heavier and fastened to the car with 3 bolts per side.

I think my Wife's has the same brace, and it's a 2006.

Not sure if 06 had the same brace as the 07. Funny thing, I checked Ebay for braces, and found adds for a "3.6 CTS" strut brace that looked verbatim like the brace in my 07 V.
