I have yet to see a shift **** with that design, and I too would be interested in something similar if you're able to locate a source.

Here is the "SS" shift **** from ebay, which I've also seen listed in the black ball/white SS combination:

Well MBA Products made an anodized black aluminum **** with engraved SS (I've got one, bought 10 years ago), but it appears they're out of business. Don't know if they had one with red SS, but if you could find one you could maybe fill in the letters with red paint.
