big issue Ok yesterday I go to drive my car and it has a dead battery. it wont take a charge so I buy a new battery. Start it drive it home and park it. Today I go to start it and I have a dead battery. I hook the charger up to it and it makes a weird constant ticking noise coming from the headlight motors about one tick a second and wont take a charge. All of my fuse are fine but what is the issue with my head light motors?
