Default T/A Vent Removal

ok, so I'm trying to do the vent ring appearance mod on my '02 WS6..I know some have done this, hoping someone will chime in and give me a hand with how to get the vents out, so as to not break them...... pics are also welcome if you snapped some...

There is another thread about this in here already. It is back a few pages, same title and the Last post was on 3-11-2010. There are some instructions and pics there. Good luck, those things are so fragile.
