Default GPS mounting location

Has anyone here made something to mount a GPS in the cubby-hole on LT1 cars?? I think it would be a pretty nice setup.

That would be pretty cool.

I stick my to the windshield on the left side, and hid the wire down the side and under the dash. It worked really well.

I actually was going to do it over the summer but unfortunately the car got totalled and never got the chance, and now i have the LS1 interior. If done correctly it would look slick, and it wouldn't be too hard.

Have to look around. I forget where i was looking, but you can use other material as well then just cover it in a fabric or some type of paint.
