Hideaway headlight not working

Hideaway headlight not working so i go to my friends house and both headights are working fine no issues. come back out and now my passenger light wont raise. the lights come on but theres not even an budge. its not trying at all. both fuses are fine. tomorrow im gonna check power at the motor.
but is there another thing i should check first??
