Can't afford to get them rechromed yet. The inside are peeling like crazy and I want to clean them up. Figured I'd just use a wire wheel on them to get them smooth and depending on what they look like when I'm done paint them with clear or high temp silver paint and clear. think it'll work?

bump, need to know how to take off chrome as well.

clean up the inside and paint them like i did satin black oil with a brush, wish i'd done ie a long time ago it looks real good
