Pioneer DEH-3200UB?
This looks to be one of the cheapest and good looking units with full ipod control, front USB and Aux, and the abilityto bypass the ipod built-in digital-to-analog converter.
I am curious if anyone has installed one and has any feedback on the install and sound quality. Thanks.
Here's the head unit:

You can get them for the $130's with free shipping on ebay.

That link isn't a sponsor, so may wanna remove that link just to be safe.
But i have the Pioneer P410UB, similar to that one you're looking at, and i like it. Installed it a few months ago and its got a lot of features for the price (think it was around $200 when i got mine). I upgraded from a Sony Xplod HU that i had laying around at the time, and i would say the sound quality was a little better then the Sony, and i believe it has 4v preamp outputs which is pretty good if you're running an amp. No problems from mine so far.
Also, the aux input on the back of the HU only works if you buy the adapter, but the front one works without.

I installed the DEH6200 last week, the car is on jackstands waiting for a pcm reflash but I put the battery in and turned it on for a second and the sound was much better than stock I can tell you that much
