Always try to get the car for less than that but it would NOT be a horrible price if you had to pay $11,500. Retail is around $8,000 or $9,000 depending where you live but those very low miles do add a premium . I'd feel very comfortable paying around $10,000 if the car was in truly excellent condition but I certainly would not let another $1500 stand in the way if the seller is adamant and firm in price. Good luck! In my opinion, skip the T/A unless you like conversions. They turn some people off, especially at re-sale time.

Ok thanks a lot for they advice. What do you think about a 1999 t/a with 79k on it. It's white and looks very clean in the pics. Has two issues. One is with the headlight that makes some piece continue to spin and make noise right after turning the car off. The other is with a remote starter put on. Something wrong with the wiring causes it to make the "emergency light" or something like that come on. I'm going with a friend tomorrow who is more knowledgable than me to look at it. Just wondering your thoughts.
