Adjustable PHB will allow you to keep the rear centered if you lower the car.

Adjustable torque arm allows you to keep the pinion angle correct when lowered.

Adjustable LCAs allow you to keep the wheels centered in the wheel wells, especially with an aftermarket rear end like a 9 inch or something.

adjustable PHB centers your rear end from right to left. If you're lowered more than 1" its pretty much a necessity

You would need an adj phb and the adj torque arm is not a must but if its going to see track time it will be. Also lca relocation brackets. As far as the lca's go if you plan on running a taller tire like a 28" or and aftermarket rear end then they will be a must other then that the nonadj lca's will be fine
