Default Is it safe to drill here? Quick respond please.

I'm about to mount my amp on the rear deck and I was curious is there anything I should look out for before I do this? How exactly did you guys mount yours where did you drill or bolt down with? Did you guys physically put a nut on the underside?( I seriously doubt but never know)

Just need some insight before I try this.

You can just don't use long screws because the gas tank is about 1/4 to 1/2" under there. I always put a half inch piece of mdf under the carpet and screw into that

I made a bracket that is held down by the baby seat anchor bolts.
It's not the prettiest but it ain't going nowhere.
