motives supposed to be noisey

motives supposed to be noisey question. if i have 389 motives installed correctly are they going to make noise? i always thought that motives were supposed to be a quite gear. thanks ahead of time.

Most sets I have installed have been quiet. However I dont believe they are cut exactly like stock gears, which are meant to be super quiet. I believe they put a more aggressive cut on them for strength purposes which can make them noisier then stock cut gears. All the blue box Motives I have done have been dead silent. They are listed as "stock replacement gears"

my motive performance (orange) 4.10s are are very quite. But it does depend how well they are setup. So do it right the first time or get a good shop and they should be fine.
