Default c5 exhaust question

hey fellas. my dad just bought a 2000 corvette auto and is pretty much set on not modding it. if anything a cold air and catback for milage. what catback sounds nice and is tollerable to daily drive (to a 52 year old man)?

I've had the SLP Loudmouth, Corsa Touring, B and B quad tip, and the Z06 stock. I'm still fondest of the Z06 and have kept it on my car for almost 4 years. Not raspy, sounds good at wide open Throttle, and if you keep the polish up always looks good. Plus you can usually get a good take off pretty cheap.

Default Exhaust

I'm installing my Granetelli Motorsports exhaust today. I will try to post a video when i'm done. I've heard good things about it so far. Looks awesome, if i can't post the vid, pm me your email address and i'll try sending it to you that way.

Any CIA is going to be better than the stock intake when it comes to performance and mileage. Until you get a new CIA or whatever, do the zip-tie mod. It makes a good difference.

Got my exhaust on and i must say i am very impressed! Nice deep mellow tone but has a nice growl at wide open throttle. I can still listen to my radio and carry on a convo while cruising with no interiro drone. Tips look amazing from the rear! The only thing i am not too satisified with is that it hangs kinda low. Stands out more than stock because of the nice stanless steel finish. Takes away from my sleeper/stealth mode. Over all i am satisified and would definately recommend! More responsive and power accross the power band!
