Default Need help with paint job`

I put primer on my car, and in a hurry, I want to paint my 2000 ss with a nice matte black paint job and do it myself. Does anyone have any steps for me to follow as to taking off the primer i have and what i need to complete the job thanks. chris

you want to Take the Primer off?? you should just Sand it down with some 400 and spray right over it.

Gonna be honest dude, If you dont have any experience and dont have someone there with you helping you who knows what they are doing I would take it to a shop and let them do it....I know its a lot more expensive but coming from somebody who paints there is a lot of little details that you really cant learn over the internet.

Gonna be honest dude, If you dont have any experience and dont have someone there with you helping you who knows what they are doing I would take it to a shop and let them do it....I know its a lot more expensive but coming from somebody who paints there is a lot of little details that you really cant learn over the internet.

Agreed It Wont Look as good as you want it to unles you know somethin about paintin. I know its expensive to take it to a shop but its worth it in the end. Sometimes if a shop is slow and you agree to use Cheap Material they will Give you a break on it.
