i want to get my truck shipped out here but i don't want it to be my only form of transportation if it has a hurt motor.. listen at about the 12 second mark, youll hear a strange knocking noise when i walk around the front of the truck. any help would be greatly appreciated.. the truck has new lifters and valves adjusted less than 50 miles ago.

I hate to say it but yes it does sound like a rod knock. What does it do when u rev it up ? A rod knock when u rev it up sounds like a woodpecker in your motor. How is your oil pressure ?
