I would stick with the GM multi layer steels, (the stock ones) They are known to be the best, especially for not leaking. Also header bolts are kinda up to you, I have the Stage 8 I think was the name of them, They have locking tabs that are put on to stop the bolt from moving and then a c-clip to hold that on, BUT TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, they are a complete pita to put on and removing them is even worse.. But I dont have header problems.
