79 Chevy LQ4 swap, cam suggestions I'm getting ready to swap a 6.0 into my 79 chevy 3/4ton 4x4 truck. I'm probably going to go with a stock LQ4 with 243 heads, or milled 317 heads. I will be using the Edelbrock 7118 intake & MSD timing box. I've already got a 2600rpm stall in the TH350 on the truck. I'm just looking for a good cam to go with everything now. Something that's going to make plenty of torque to get it rolling. The truck will have a 6" lift and 37" tires. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
