Default Headlight Beams

Last night I noticed both of my driver's side headlights were out so today I bought a new low/high beam for the driver's side.

When it got dark and I checked the beams, three of my lights look dim, yellow, while one is bright white like the fogs.

When I turn the high beams on the driver's side goes off completely and both the passenger's side light up bright white like normal.

What's causing this?

Here are some quick pics for reference...

Check that the connectors aren't dirty/corroded, and check the grounds.

Thought it might be a grounding issue, ended up finding some deterioration in one of the wires in the harness. Once it was fixed, full bright beams.
