Default Swapping Cranks How much Work is involved..

I bought a complete 383 engine...eagle kit already installed..after reading some of the horror stories, I am not comfortable at all with the eagle cast crank..and was going to with a forged ohiocrankshaft.com stroker crank..my question is how much work would be involved swapping the cranks...or is it even worth it..would it have to be re-balanced? I am thinking yes but just trying to iron out any more details...
Thanks all...
Steve

I wouldn't take any chances and have it rebalanced.
