I dont know Raf, you live till your 87 which is awesome in it self and you get to go doing some thing you always wanted to do, unfortunate yes, that guy had more years left, but it's still so much better then a lot of people. In a weird way I hope we are all so lucky. Better then dying on some hospital bed or living your years out relying on the care of others. My mom and a real close family friend died of cancer, you literally watch some one die very slowly, both in their 50s and 60s, so I guess my perspective of death is a little skewed.

Yeah it does suck and especially so when your not expecting the loss of a loved one. A waiver does not exactly release them from ALL liability. A good attorney will probably find an issue with the waiver. There could be problems with the waiver, upon it's face that invalidates all or part of the waiver. The understanding of the parties as to potential risk, legal duty, how much negligence on the part of all parties, concepts of inherent risk, recklessness, malfeasance, and a host of other concepts and various doctrines.

Those guys are pretty cool people, they bring in there cars and trucks to get washed about once a month. Those Z06s go through valve springs every 5000 miles!!!. I was talking to one of the owners and those cars have rearend coolers, trany coolers, oil coolers. Everything, and I thought they were just lowered z06 with stickers...

Don Krusemark was his name. He was 87 years young. I had the honor of knowing him in my line of work. He use to be a salesman for Nash Vacuum Pumps. The pumps are used in semiconductor plants. There is an excellent article in the Wednesday 19-May Dallas Morning News about him, his life, and his passing. Please take time to find and read this article, he was a man we should all try to be.
