Default 4L60E Plugs stuck?

I went to pull the plugs that go into the black selector switch and they wouldn't budge? Are they glued in? The plugs on my harness have some type of glue on them, and I can't get the plugs out of the donor transmission switch???? I really don't want to break it...

I have heard of this more than a few times. From what I have read they are not glued. But the exhaust heat tends to slightly melt the plugs. I have heard that heating them up with a heatgun will ease removal. I have always pried mine out with a screwdriver, but I had not heard about the heatgun trick at that time.

Heat it with a heat and what ever GM puts in there for sealer, might as well be glue, personally I think it is
