Can you swap out interiors of a car?

Can you swap out interiors of a car? From that I mean, can you swap out the interior of a car from gray to black?
If so, how much would it cost?
What all does an interior include, I'm guessing just the seats and floor carpet right, or are there more parts to it like doors and handles and stuff?
My question is that I might get a used black Vette. My problem is what if it comes with gray interior, what troubles would I have to go through to replace it with black interior parts?

So far all I have are the following
02 Trans Am Seat (Front/Rear) Ebony
02 Camaro Seat Belts Ebony - bought off ebay $25.00
02 Camaro 6sp Center Console - ebay $80.00
Brand New Ebony Parts

Re: Can you swap out interiors of a car? Dang, it gets kind of expensive huh. Maybe I should just wait to find a deal on a Black/Black Vette instead of swapping out parts.
